• Cleaning under furniture and appliances. Items must be moved by owner/resident).
• Spot Washing windows (interior only).
• Cleaning light fixtures, ceiling fans, and vents.(outside only)
• Scrubbing tile grout and shower walls in bathrooms.
• Cleaning blinds (dusted and/or wipe down)

Not as thorough as deep cleaning but includes essential maintenance tasks.

Thorough cleaning to remove dust, debris, and construction residue, leaving the space move-in ready.

General Cleaning

• Remove construction debris and dust from all surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect countertops, shelves, and cabinets (inside and outside).
• Dust and clean walls, ceilings, and baseboards.
• Vacuum and mop all flooring, including hard-to-reach areas.

Fixtures and Appliances

• Wipe down and polish light fixtures, switches, and outlets.
• Clean and disinfect door handles, knobs, and railings.
• Deep clean and polish kitchen appliances.
• Clean outside of HVAC vents.

Bathrooms

• Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers.
• Remove grout haze from tiles.
• Polish fixtures and mirrors.

Specialized Tasks

• Remove protective coverings, labels, and residue from new fixtures or furniture.
• Spot-clean paint marks or scuffs on floors or walls.

We do not handle the removal of debris, equipment, or other construction materials from the premises.
